

1. Wellness helpline
The helpline is available to all employees to reach a professional counsellor in times of crisis and should you need emotional support. You can reach for help by calling, sending a WhatsApp message or email.
You can also use the Wellness Helpline to:
- Ask your wellness related questions.
- Book an online individual wellness coaching session.
- Indicate specific wellness needs within the organisation.
- Request customised workshops or support for individuals or teams.
2. Wellness Awareness
Prevention is better than cure! We encourage employees to take responsibility for their own wellness by attending wellness awareness workshops scheduled from time to time and participating in campaigns such as the Be-Well Challenge and Employee Wellness Days.
Workshop Topics include:
- Emotional Wellness, how to manage stress. dealing with loss and trauma.
- Physical Wellness: Living a healthy life, getting in shape.
- Financial Wellness: improve money management skills.
- Spiritual Wellness: Living a life of purpose and fulfilment.

- Diversity optimisation
- Wellness for Managers: How to Support Wellness in Your Teams
- Customised workshops to address specific needs for teams

4. Individual Counselling
Professional, confidential counselling is available for those who are experiencing challenges at home and/or at work. iMas cover the cost of up to 3 hours sessions per year per employee. These sessions may cover personal-, health-, trauma-, career-, team related-, or other issues.
More sessions can be booked via a private arrangement with the counsellor.
